"Bad customer service "

"The staff members I encountered were very helpful. They were really the highlight of our stay. I liked the fact that there was a guest laundry on our floor. I LOVED the fact that the hotel was dog friendly. We did not eat breakfast. We had a pleasant view from our room, and our room and bathroom were clean. The hotel is in a great location—lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. All in all, even though the hallways are quite rundown looking, this is a good place to stay, especially for pet lovers, if you just want a few days at the beach. "

"The rooms were disgusting and old and ran down. There’s no fridge in the room. There was literally paint on the carpet old fingernail in the corner. The tub look like it had rust in lime all in the shower."
