Six miles and an entire world away from the Jax Beach party scene, this quiet residential neighborhood is just 1 mile from 1.5 miles of undeveloped beach and 447 acres of mature coastal hammock.

Access to washer and dryer is included, for stays of one or more weeks. It is also available, for an additional fee, for shorter stays.

This small studio (about the size of a hotel room) features a 44" smart television, full size bed, designated workspace, large double shower and walk in closet.
