This condo accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms and a loft. The main suite features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a full bed with a pull-out trundle. The open loft provides two twin beds, offering a bright, flexible space ideal for children or extra guests.

Living spaces
The inviting living room centers around a TV. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan ensure comfort in every season. The adjoining dining area seats eight, perfect for sharing meals or enjoying quiet conversation after a day exploring the coast.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. With all the cooking basics and dinnerware provided, you can prepare and enjoy meals with ease. Start your morning at the dining table or step out to the lanai for a moment of fresh air.

Outdoor living
The screened lanai is a serene retreat for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The shared outdoor pool is available year-round, offering an easy option for a refreshing dip. A nearby playground adds a family-friendly touch to this quiet neighborhood setting.

Comfort & convenience
Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected during your stay. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are included, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience. Free parking is available for two vehicles, and safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Your four-legged companions are welcome here, with up to two dogs allowed with prior approval and additional fees.

-This Property has a 2-week minimum stay requirement.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
