Sleeping arrangements
Up to 8 guests can settle in across 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom features two full-size beds along with its own balcony access and beach views. Both rooms are arranged to support comfort during extended visits.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides the essentials for preparing meals at home, with full-size appliances and space to cook at your own pace. A nearby dining table offers a natural place to gather, plan the day, or spread out with work. A coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator support the flow of daily routines.

Outdoor living
Balcony spaces extend the home outward, giving you a quiet perch above the sand and surf. Whether you step outside for a moment of fresh air or to listen to the waves in the evening, the outdoor areas keep you closely connected to the coastline.

Set in Ponte Vedra Beach, the condo offers a scenic coastal environment with direct proximity to the ocean while remaining away from heavy crowds.
