Perfect beach location

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Has everything you need and you cant beat the 2nd floor ocean views and access to the beach just a short walk over a sand dune.

The location and view are amazing! Easy access to a gorgeous beach. The bed was very comfortable. The condo could use some updating though as well as a deep clean.

What a great spot to listen and enjoy the ocean view! They had what was advertised. There is stairs to walk up, if thats an issue. We had a great syay!

Late January two night stay

Everything was wonderful from the location to the hosts immediate responses to our questions. The only bad thing was the weather which obviously can't be controlled. We just happened to be there when Florida had an unusual winter snow/ice storm. Even so, we enjoyed watching the waves from inside the condo. We would love to stay again some day in the future.

Excellent location! Steps away from the beach! Clean and comfortable! My gf and I were busy all day but it was great come home to a clean place with excellent views and sounds of the ocean. Would stay again!

The location was phenomenal. The pool area was nice and the beachfront access was good. The unit itself was an older unit which I don’t mind at all, it’s actually what you expect in Jax Beach. The place could have been cleaner though. Location was great.

Wonderful condo in great location

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. It’s close to the pier and restaurants. It’s a charming, cozy studio condo, perfect for a couple It’s gated and is directly on the beach. There’s a path to the beach but there’s a public walkway also. The owners are very attentive. Gary was quick to respond and took care of a small issue for us. He was great. We love this part of Jax beach. We hope to stay there again. Wish we were still there!

2nd Stay

This was our 2nd stay in the condo. It is super clean and extremely convenient. The pool is private and you can’t beat the view!! It is situated on a very quiet section of the beach which was perfect. Jax beach bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The pier is a great place to watch the sunrise. The hosts are great - quick to respond and very accommodating. They even leave you a bottle of wine and water. We were so pleased, we stayed twice!

Captivating & Peaceful

Observing how the ocean and the weather affect each other, listening to the waves roll in, watching the sky change - all while lounging in the porch chair was tranquil. The studio was comfortable; groceries were easily accessible; fabulous seafood was a short walk away; the beach was up and over the dune. A new boardwalk is being built for an easier traverse. Spent a pleasant time on the nearby pier watching birds, fisherman, & families on the beach. Lovely week❣️

Winter getaway

We loved it. Perfect for a couple. Great view of beach from deck and really easy access. Do wish they provided tissues (Kleenex). Also didn't find any dishwasher soap. But that is only slightly negative comments. Otherwise perfect!

Perfect, cozy beach getaway for 2!

This was the perfect condo for our mini getaway! I came to town for appointments at Mayo, but also wanted to be able to enjoy the sounds of the ocean while we were in town. It was very close to the clinic and anything else could need/want. The area was nice, quiet, and very clean. My boyfriend is not much of a beach goer, but said this was his favorite spot we have stayed so far. We eneded up having a little extra time between appointments on our arrival date, and the owners were nice enough to let us check in a little earlier than the check in time. THANK YOU!!!! After a long car ride down that morning and sitting in the doctor’s office, it was super nice to have a place to chill before going back to the next appt. Everything we could have needed was provided: plenty of clean towels, linens, shampoo/conditioner, wine, water bottles, and beach chairs (which we didn’t need this time, but will def use when it’s warmer next time). The bed was very comfortable! The keypad on the gates and front door were awesome! I wish all rentals were like this and didn’t require actual keys. The condo had a beautiful view of the beach and you could hear the waves crashing at night, my favorite part. I would definitely recommend this unit for a party of 2! I would love to stay here again when I come back to town in a few months. It was more than we could have asked for! Thanks so much for everything!!!
