"I expect hot and cold running water at the sink and in the shower. The hot water was shut off under the sink, and the handle on the sink did not function to turn on the hot water. I paid a price for this room that was too high for lacking basics. "

"I can't belive how well rated this place was, I must have a different definition of "clean" because massive stains on the carpet, dirt on the doors etc don't fall under mine. The place was run down, banged up furniture and duct-taped up blinds. I asked for a room change and was told no. Not a good option for single travellers either. There really isn't a restaurant, other than the breakfast. The included breakfast was good but not worth the overall poor stay. I'm shocked how terrible it was, especially for the price (one of the highest in the area) "
