The pool closes at 7 and pets were loose in the pool area. Check in was supposed to be all on line but it was not and took a very long time to do. The room was good enough for a place to sleep and a shower.

The property was in a good location to multiple restaurants and stores. The room was clean. There were a lot of people just hanging out around the staircase, but other than that the stay was good.

The Best

Every time I have stayed at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and quick. It’s always clean and plenty of towels and space. Lots of parking and convenient to many food places. I love that they cater to the people who smoke especially since it’s cold outside. It’s very quiet as well no people yelling or hanging around.

Good enough to get through the hurricane

Check in was okay. The lady at the desk seemed exhausted. My room was ready at 4 when I checked in but I was told I didn’t have towels in my room but someone would bring them. Never got them. Room was clean enough and comfortable. I left a day early because the other residents were loud and I needed to shower.

Took too long to check in because there was no staff at the front desk. Room was good but there was no washcloths and toilet didn't flush properly. Went to office and door was locked. Notified staff that I would like a couple of washcloths. When I left I still had no washcloths. Luckly I had my own.

The young woman who attended us was very kind and helpful, and the inside pool area was very interesting! But I have never been to a hotel or motel that doesn’t have cable tv. Found that very odd and no where in the booking does it mention the unusable tv. The room floor also had a very weird stickiness to it and the bathroom was unclean. I was only there one night, so it wasn’t a big deal but definitely things to look out for

Cheap stay.

If you want a Cheap hotel this is for you. At one time this place had to be amazing, but now its what you pay for. Pros: Alot of restaurants near you, Room is very Big. Cons: Walls are very thin; you can hear everything from the other rooms. Rooms floors were super dirty looks like they have swept or mopped them in forever. Bugs we didn't see them but when we came back to the room after night our we had roach skin on our pillows and on the ground. Used Condoms in the parking lot. Seems like a lot of people had a good time. My final verdict if you want cheap place & don't care about what I said above its for you. If you have a family I Wouldn't stay here.

We was very happy with the hotel. Yes they are under construction but it is to improve the place. The indoor area is was nice with a pool. The manager was on top of any problem you might have. They are limited on sraff, the staff they have with be happy to help. We had an issue with the A/C unit. The front desk lady even let us use a fan for the night. The maintenance man Nate was there early and fixed the problem. The manager Mandy is great. She will answer any of your question. Our last visit to the area was very disappointing and we stayed a supposedly 5 star place. Paris we are disappointed. So if you are going to Jacksonville and need a good place to rest. Don't lesson to the other reviews.

There was no one at the reception and I had to call a number to which there was no response, but they responded via text. After a long and tiring trip, I was told check-in is at 4:00 pm. Thankfully, I was checked in early at 2:30 pm, after over an hour of waiting in the lobby, characterized by some "drama" and fierce exchange of words between two people... sort of prostitute and her customer? The room I was assigned to was very dirty, crawling with roaches - both dead and alive, and smelly. The bed was not comfortable, but better than nothing for one night stay. There are a couple of restaurants and fast foods nearby, which is good. Overall, I am not impressed!

Work for the indoor pool but it was down not able to use for the three grandbabies AC in one room was really nice AC in the other room didn't hardly work at all but other than that the property was nice and good people that work there for the neighborhood it's decent
