The location of the hotel was excellent. It was near all of the major restaurants and stores. It was very clean and extremely quiet and the self parking was a plus I would definitely come back for another stay.!

Great place to stay. Room included all kitchen appliances and dishes; very clean. Staff is phenomenal including Chris, Patrick, Tyler to name a few. Everyone else we came in contact with was great too, we just didn't get their names. Besides the great hot daily breakfast, they also serve dinner Mon-Wed. This was a great bonus. We'll definitely stay here again.

It was a great location and the two bedroom really gave us space. It also was really nice there was laundry. They even supplied laundry baskets. Breakfast had some great options. I would stay there again!

On our first night , Thursday evening , the original room had a strong and unpleasant odor , to the point my wife refused to stay in it. As a result we upgraded to a larger two-room suite. That same night, we discovered that the refrigerator and the heater in the suite were not working , and the coffee pot was visibly unclean. The next morning we reported these issues to management. The staff responded promptly by replacing both thermostats , replacing the refrigerator , and providing a new coffee pot. We appreciate that these were addressed. While the issues were resolved , we were not offered a reduced rate or any adjustment for the first night despite the inconveniences experienced. The two-room suite itself was comfortable , well equipped , and free of odor , and the staff was helpful and courteous throughout the process and the rest of our stay.

The room was okay- bedroom door didn’t latch, room door kept getting stuck closed from the outside. Two separate stays grouped into one allowed me to stay in the same room. Breakfast is always enjoyable.

This hotel was so clean, safe as well as quiet. Being that it is beautifully nestled on adjoining streets but still right in the heart of restaurants, shopping, the mall as well as the movie theater and other recreational activities. It was truly a pleasure to stay at this hotel. I love the Staybridge and this is second staying there but at different location. Each time was truly a pleasure. Not to mention the FREE washer and dryer privileges but you do have to provide your own washing powder and other laundry essentials but this hotel in my opinion is an A++++! Did I say I absolutely loved it! Yes! I LOVED IT!!!!
