Enjoy a relaxing Amelia Island getaway at Sunrise on First, a spacious coastal home just a short walk from beach access. With comfortable living spaces, a private backyard pool, and room for the whole family, this home is ideal for beach days and time together.



Spend your mornings at the beach and your afternoons relaxing by the pool. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee. Inside, the open living and dining areas provide plenty of room to gather, while TVs in every bedroom offer added comfort and convenience. Located on Amelia Island, the home is close to local restaurants, shopping, and Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

Situated on First Avenue, this home resides in a charming neighborhood bustling with families. Nearby, renowned dining spots like Sliders and Sandbar await, while the ocean beckons just across Fletcher Avenue. Eato Chef, a mobile restaurant with outdoor seating, is located steps from the property! Amazing area to walk around, comfortably situated in an amazing part of the island. Short drive to Historic Downtown as well as beaches like Main and American Beach!



Getting Around:

Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all. Rent a golfcart and enjoy endless cruising around he island! When you're all finished, park in your two-car garage!

All properties are self-check-in

You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival

You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival



DEPOSIT INFORMATION

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property



OTHER FEES:

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit

*10% OF THE BOOKING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED

*FOR CANCELLATIONS 61 DAYS BEFORE THE RESERVATION: 90% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION IS REFUNDABLE

*FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 31-60 DAYS OF THE RESERVATION: 50% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION IS REFUNDABLE

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival.
