The Beach Barn - Dog-Friendly, Sleeps 10, Free Linen, Shibumi & RV Parking

4 Bedroom/ 2 bath, huge deck, and fire pit. Lots of beach chairs and one wagon available for guest to use. You will need to provide your own beach towels. Ocean views with a short walk to beach; paved the whole way to make wagon pulling a breeze. Walking distance to neighborhood playground, grocery/bait store, restaurant, and much more. NO smoking/vaping. 9:30 a.m. check out time. Fresh Linens/towels are placed in a sanitized plastic storage bin in each room for guests to use.

The Barn has a new a/c unit. There is also a free standing unit in the upstairs master bedroom for use in the summer when maintaining temperature is difficult. Thermostats are locked at 72 degrees to prevent overheating/freezing.

Dogs: There is a a non-refundable $100 Pet fee (2 dog max). A large crate can be provided if requested at the time of reservation.
Any dog found in or around a dog friendly property, that has not paid the pet fee, is a ground for expedited tenant eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid, and a non-declared pet fee of DOUBLE the normal pet free per pet, at the sole discretion of property owner.

Great vacation rental!

Perfect location, you can see water from the front and back decks! Very comfortable home with everything you need for vacation. Short walk to beach, plenty of parking. Just a great rental and owners are very responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Great location, clean and comfortable for our family. Michelle was a considerate hostess and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was a wonderful to give my dogs some off leash time.

Wonderful Home Close to Beach

We booked last minute and had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and spacious, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Even in mid August the beach was not as crowded as other sections we have been at before.

House was very nice, and clean. The location was great, and the walk to the beach was short and simple. The wagon and Shibumi provided by the host were awesome amenities. The range/oven was hit or miss, so we had to eat out most of the week. The inside stairs the top floor were pretty steep, just something to consider for elderly or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Overall, the stay was great, the house was great, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Host was also great at communicating and responding, zero issues or complaints there. Thank you for a great trip!

Best Place to Stay!

I found out when the day we were leaving and saw Michelle. That my wife and I had previously stayed in one of Michelle’s properties before. Both properties were extremely clean, well stocked, a lot of amenities, and items such as beach chairs. Would happily stay at a property of hers again!

Excellent Stay & Wonderful Experience

Everything was as good or better than advertised. Our host Michelle was friendly, attentive and well-organized. The property was immaculate, well laid out with nice amenities and very comfortable. The wrap around deck and fenced in yard was wonderful for our dog. Everything went very smoothly and we highly recommend the Beach Barn!

Weekend Family trip to Surf City

The Beach Barn is in a very convenient location to beaches and shopping. The house was very inviting well stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, adequate parking and a very clean home. Beach towels, chairs and a buggy were onsite. We will be hopefully stay here again.

Amazing Rental
