Greatest memories ever!

It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!

Nice quiet place to get work done or relax. Seemed to be a safe neighborhood with multiple stores and restaurants within a 10 min drive.

Buyer beware! Pictures do lie!

It was the worse trip we have ever had. The picture and advertisement showed the whole Van Zant House. Once we paid the Un reimbursement for 2 nights, we were informed that is was just the annex. We could not go into Sister's Kitchen. We did not have access to the living room with the beautiful fireplace. We did not have access to the pool table room and guitars .....and everything else that we thought we had access to with the whole house. We did not have access to the areas of the pictures below. Property manager is refusing to refund money. Plus, we had no heat in the Annex. The next day he states that there were 4 ceramic heaters in the house. What the hell is that and where were they? It was to get down into the 40s at night and we were expected to stay with no heat. The one device that did show heat did not work. We literally had to turn on the stove to try and warm up the place while we were trying to get a hold of the property manager (directly and through here). The whole weekend was ruined for my Valentines present for my husband. Will truly be a great memory for my husband who is a huge Lynyrd Skynryd fan! Yes...that is very sarcastic! Was the worse experience we have managed to get through.
