Comfort, location, and calm! From the moment you arrive at Las Palmas you will feel that the home has been designed with you in mind. Our "home away from home" is stocked with everything you need to feel like you are at your own retreat: beach & pool essentials, games, kitchen items, BBQ, and 4 TVs- you'll have what you need for each member of the family! Our proximity to Mayo Clinic (1 mile!) is ideal for patients & families- and ALL guests love that we're less than 4 miles to the sand!

While the location of this home is one of the things that we love the most about it we do still recommend a car to get to stores, restaurants, etc. Uber is also an option most of the time. We are located:
-1 miles to Mayo Clinic
-Approximately 10 minutes to the beach
-Approximately 30 minutes to Jax International Airport
-Approximately 20 minutes to downtown Jacksonville/Jaguar's Stadium/Daily's Place/Etc.
We hope you have fun while visiting Tres Palmas but want guests to remember that this is our home also - please enjoy it and take care of it accordingly. No parties or events. Well-behaved dogs allowed (2 dogs maximum) with pet fee ($75 per dog).
