Its open floor plan features a combined kitchen, dining and entertainment area that opens onto an ocean view balcony. The master bedroom has a new King Bed and beautiful views out to the beach. Steps away from the beach and walk out the door straight to the pool. The Terraces at Beachside sits at Main Beach which offers a unique park-like setting, complete with a volley ball court, covered picnic areas and barbecue grills for your convenience and two new restaurants within steps of condo. The Terraces at Beachside is only 2 miles from Historic downtown Fernandina offering many unique shopping and dining experiences! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. For the most in comfort and security there are interior halls complete with elevator service and covered parking lots. Exactly what we needed!
The condo was spacious and very well equipped. Location was right at the beach, so we could leave chairs (provided) and go back and forth. The Historical District is a 5 min drive with shops and amazing restaurants. There are also two good restaurants by the condo. Owner also provided a gorgeous full moon over the ocean one evening!

Our first time visiting Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach. It was perfect! Great weather, low crowds, perfect location, and Sarah was so easy to work with. Loved how close the parking was to condo and beach access. Would definitely book again. Can’t wait for our next visit!

"Best week ever"
We took our girls down (5 & 10) for about a week. The girls had the "best week ever." The condo is beautiful, has everything you could need & is in a perfect location. The beach is just a few steps away, a few restaurants are within walking distance & many of the experiences on Amelia Island are just a short car ride.
