  • This 2-bedroom first floor unit is a brand-new remodel with new furniture and appliances. It offers superb ocean views and is only a few steps from the public beach access. The counter-height dining table chairs give you first-class seat at breakfast and dinner to savor the ocean views. During your stay with us, you'll have access to beach chairs, an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off, a fire pit and seating in the backyard and a BBQ grill. This unit has a well-appointed and modern kitchen, a washer and dryer closet for your convenience, iron and iron board. You will feel pampered.

The unit itself was nice, very well kept and photos met our expectations except for 1 important detail. We had NO idea this property had been divided into 3 units with one of the units upstairs. The floors and walls are very thin. The unit next to us had a dog that barked for 2 straight hours while they were out for the evening. Every time someone checked in above us you could hear them walk and talk so loud that we had to use ear plugs to get sleep. On our last night a group of 10 checked in, they partied all night long until 2:00 am and we were unable to sleep, so we got up and left for home. I am very disappointed in this listing!!! If I knew this was a 3 unit home I never would have rented it.
