  • Ready for a little " Sea Escape " and R & R ?What better way to spend it than in this 2,400 sq. ft. 3 level 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house with main level hang out room for all ages to enjoy. Ocean Views out front, Topsail Sound views out back with beautiful sunsets while grilling out on the gas grill. Pool table, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Private beach access directly across street 50 ft from property. Within minutes to restaurants and shopping. House is equipped w/ a Ring Doorbell Camera.
