The staff was courteous, but the room was less than what is expected of a Crown Plaza Hotel. Put as much effort into the rooms as you did the lobby. The rooms need to be updated. The room was spacious which was nice but the bed was very uncomfortable. In addition, the air conditioning was very noisy and right next to the bed and that prevented a good night sleep.

Drinking Glass in the room was dirty. Breakfast buffet was good but not worth the upcharge. Front desk gals were very friendly and helpful. Patio furniture was warped and in desperate need of replacement. Probably won’t book again
