"Horrible experience "

"Clean, spacious room with a great breakfast!"

"When we arrived, the guy at the front desk was nice and checked us in with no issues. However, there were people hanging around outside that were heavily intoxicated. When inside, we noticed a strong cigarette smell. We then got to our room, the floor was sticky, there was a stain on one of the bedsheets, and behind the bathroom door was not cleaned properly either. The people outside were trying to speak to my wife and little girl and she was extremely uncomfortable. Ultimately we checked out and left and found a hotel elsewhere. We explained this to the hotel desk employee and he was understanding."

"Although the weather did not agree with my stay to use the pool, Shannon , the owner, is very accommodating and easy to accomplish anything that is needed. The apartment and the balcony are beautiful. Very peaceful very quiet stay. The bed is very comfortable and I got three great night sleeps. The area driving up to the apartment are scenic, and the water views are awesome."

"This was a wondetful property. Suprisingly there were k cups for the coffee maker. Spices in the cabinets. In the bathroom fully stocked. Some games. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Outdoor space was private, did not spend alot of time out there due to weather. Large table for eating and family time. Open concept. I would stay at this property again!"

"This house is very comfortable and inviting. It met all of my family needs. There was plenty of room for us. The neighborhood was very clean, quiet and well kept. The location was a plus, close to all our events, activities, shopping and restaurants we had on our itinerary. Will recommend to friends and family visiting the Jacksonville area. Communication with Oliver was very easy, he responded to me within a timely manner to address any concerns."
