i stayed with my son for a week from April 6th to 12 April. the hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, it was everything we needed. We will definately stay with this hotel again.

Hyatt Regency Jacksonville
Staff was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast included but, it wasn't extremely expensive. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Breakfasts were great. The whole property felt like it needed updating. I had an iron that dint work. When I asked for another they brought one right away and it was old and in its last leg. Everything was kind of like that. While staff was great.
