"Stains on the, wall, sheets, pillows and beds. Was supposed to be two queens beds and it was two full beds. One bed did not have any blankets and both beds did not have a comforter. A sheet was used as a comforter. The fridge had no shelves. The showerhead, more water came out the top of it then the showerhead.. We had to tighten it back on. The vent did not work. The heater coming from the wall was coming off and made me sneeze whenever it came on. The window did not shut all the way and the curtain was broken. "

"Breakfast was ok. The lady at the reception desk was terrible. She totally ignored me and was busy on the phone speaking Spanish. She took a good 10 minutes speaking Spanish on the phone before she turned to me. Just terrible. "

"The beds were comfortable. Everything was dated. The furniture in the lobby and the chairs in the room had well worn fabric on them. Doesn't cost that much to replace furniture. Our room smelled funky. There was a slight smell of THC. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue that the industry has to address. The entrance opposite of the main entrance was full of weeds and gave the appearance of not being well kept."

"Property and hotel itself was nice. Looks renovated. Lobby area, bar, restaurant, food was good. Staff was great, very friendly, cordial and service was good. Gym was nice, new. Pool area courtyard looked nice as weak. Neighborhood was a little rough. It looks like some nearby properties were closed/rundown, but they may be renovating that as well. They did have security driving through lot. Overall it was a good value and quick drive to downtown. Would consider staying there again if in area. "

"I had the impression that this was a new home, in great condition. Unfortunately, this home has had some rough treatment. The paint downstairs is marred as well as the staircase. It is a very stark environment with minimal decorating and no colors at all. It is difficult to understand why you would say that the home has four bedrooms with 3 double and 1 king size bed and then not have enough seating in the living room or around the kitchen table. The couches are Ikea-cheap and very uncomfortable. This is a common finding in rental homes. Not enough seating and uncomfortable. The bedrooms were spartan as well with no bedside lighting. Another common area of lack of essentials was the kitchen without a working coffee maker, rusted cookie sheet, and no pot holders. Oven needed cleaning. The pros were that the area was quiet and overall the home was clean. More attention to furnishings and making this feel like a lived in home is needed."
