The manager was very kind, remembered our names the whole visit, was attentive to needs and even brought candy for the kids one night when we were all playing games in the common area. "Staff was amazing and super helpful, the hotel we stayed at was a “sister” hotel of the Cavalier, not bad for the price. The property itself is a bit outdated, outlets were broken & loose making it hard to charge any electronics, but the plus is being a sister facility you are able to utilize all of the amenities of the Cavalier hotel as well."

"The house was great and outdoor area wonderful. Our issue was with our contact. He was completely unresponsive and we never received the neighborhood gate code (we had to wait for a car to come which took some time and there is no cell service at the gate area). The property management company was very responsive and apologetic, but it took until the next day to get the correct code (the contact gave me an incorrect code at 9:30pm on the first night and then finally the correct code the next morning with no explanation or apology)."
