Both managed by same owners and we thought we booked the hotel rather than the Villa. I had already raised this with Expedia but no response!! In future, I will use other booking platforms so that issues raised are resolved promptly. "

"Great customer service. Balcony area could need more attention but the room otherwise was great. Amenities such as the pool area were well maintained. Food in the restaurant took a while to come but tasted great and incredible portion size. Breakfast buffet was great as well, with lots of food options."
