部屋も綺麗で大浴場もあり大満足でした。料金は高いですがチカラン近辺のホテルの中ではダントツでおすすめです。人気のホテルなので早目の予約が必要です。

出張者用ホテル

日本人の出張者、特に長期滞在を念頭においたホテルで、できてまだ日が経っていないので施設が新しく、スタッフの対応も行き届いている。 今は二棟あるが、再来年さらに新しく一棟建つらしい。

レストランと大浴場がGOOD

日本語でのあいさつが徹底しており、インドネシアにいる事を忘れます。 併設する日本食レストランは朝食は可もなく不可もないレベルですが、昼食は色々選択肢があり値段もリーズナブルです。洋食レストランも肉は今一つですが、オムライスやパスタなどは美味しいです。 あとサウナ、露天風呂付大浴場もあり、快適です。また、１日５点まで無料のクリーニングがついてくるため三泊以上の滞在には有り難いです。

スリッパ最高

過去何度も利用させてもらってますが、備え付けのスリッパが以前から気に入っていて今回思い切って「譲って欲しい」とフロントでお願いしたら、何と無償でいただけるという事で、やっと念願の！？スリッパを手にする事が出来ました。

いつもチカラン に来るときに利用します。とてもいいホテルで安心して過ごせます。今回は隣の人がうるさくて、夜は多少嫌な思いをしましたが、次回もまた泊まりたいと思います。

ある意味日本より日本らしい

アーリーチェックインでしたがスムーズな対応でサービスも良く、ビジネスで来てなるべく無駄な手間をかけたくないケースでは助かります。挨拶がハキハキと（日本語で）してくれるので、何だか日本以上に日本らしいようにも思います。

スタッフの対応、清潔さ、施設の充実等文句のつけようがありません。 ただ準備されているタオルがゴワゴワなのと、大浴場の洗い場のぬめり、そして朝食の時の食器が洗いざらして濡れているのが気になります。
