I love the d'Prima in terminal 3. I stay here every time I transit through Jakarta. The room is clean and comfortable and the staff are always helpful. It's perfect for a late arrival to just get right to bed! Lots of good dining options in Terminal 3.

We were traveling with 2 other couples all arriving from the U.S. into Jakarta on 3 different airlines. We then had an 8 hour layover departing at midnight. D’prima Hotel is located in Terminal 3 so after 20 hours traveling, clearing customs and immigration, we checked into our tiny but clean, quiet and comfortable rooms! Took a shower and napped for a few hours before next flight. The best.

No windows in any of the rooms. Beds very hard. Shower was hot and had great pressure. Toilet could barely flush and sewerage came up thru floor drain in bathroom.

The cost is reasonable and the best hotel choice for the early flight at the terminal 3. Entrance is connecting the check in counter that's nicest comparing the facility. The AIRCON was a bit noisy during the night.

It is very convenient when taking early morning flights because it is inside the airport. I could not change the temperature of the room because it is linked to the airport's air conditioning. The room is simpler than the picture and has the necessities. You can hear the noise in the hallway. There was no hair dryer in the room. The staff was friendly and I could lie down while waiting, which is much better than waiting for a plane in the lobby.

Very convenient hotel, located two levels up from arrivals at Terminal 3. As you walk out of customs, go up two levels on the people mover or elevator, walk to the end of the terminal, and to the left you will find the entrance to the hotel to the side of a wellness store. It is a little hard to find, but all the security guards that I asked pointed me in the right direction. The check in counters of all airlines are just a few minutes away from the hotel. Very practical. Rooms are basic and small, A/C is a little weak, but the shower was excellent, Internet worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. A small desk allows you to catch up with email easily. Totally recommended.

This was a perfect place to stay overnight during a long layover in Jakarta. The room was clean and comfortable and just what I needed. And at a very affordable rate! The staff are friendly, and I felt very safe. It’s right in the middle of terminal 3. The hotel is a little tricky to find it first. It’s right next to the Body Shop store with a barber shop nestled back in by the door. The lobby and all of the rooms are down one level. Just adjacent to section 5 I believe, outside of security, in the departing airline desk area. I definitely would recommend and plan to stay here on all future transits through Jakarta. One tip if you are arriving in a different terminal, the easiest way to get to terminal three during daytime hours is the free tram. After hours, there is a free bus, but highly recommend Taking a taxi.

Good Location for Early Morning Departure

The hotel is good for location convenience. Finding the hotel is tricky as there isn't any/much signage in the airport. It is in the domestic corner of the airport, behind the barber shop close to departures. The only access is stairs however there is a person there to help get luggage down the steep ramps. Don't expect much. The room is small so suitcases, big or multiple, is challenging. My bed was tremendously hard, the AC was loud and there is no ability to control the temperature in the room, the TV does not have TV channels and the "smart TV" doesn't allow you to connect your phone (or other devices) to the TV. All that Smart means is if you have a YouTube, Netflix, Apple TV etc. accounts, you can log into them.

The location is very convenient for international travelers. The facility is above average, but the air conditioner doesn't cool the room sufficiently. On one occasion, we had to install an additional portable AC unit, which took up space in the small walkway. There are some issues with employee training. During our two stays, we booked two rooms for two people each time. The first time, a male employee checked us in and repeatedly insisted that we had only booked one room, despite me showing him my booking confirmation for two rooms. On the second visit, the same male employee again questioned the booking, suggesting that the room was too small for two people. I had to clarify once more that we had indeed reserved two rooms for two people each. Dealing with poorly trained employees can be frustrating, especially when you have limited time to rest. During our first stay, it took over 30 minutes to finally get into our room, even though we only had three hours to rest.

Everything was good and i stayed here foe couple time already untill they are charged for dirty pillow case for the last stay,, just unbelievable. If you guys want stay here bring your own pillow case and towel so you dont get charged if they are dirty
