Great On-site Restaurant

Location is accessible to CKG airports. The on-site restaurant is superb with food selections and service. We’re totally happy to stay at this Kyriad Hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the 5;30 wakeup call came 15min late and I had to rush to catch the 6am shuttle, am concerned I left something important behind. I need the email of the hotel to find out if it was found in the room after I left.

excellent stopover

Great place to use for a stopover between flights as we did. When they say they have a free shuttle to the airport what they mean is they will provide not a bus but a car and driver. Make sure you email a request for pick up.Half hour trip from airport because of roadways.

The rooms basic, coffee and tea, 215 faced on to road , noisy, A/C leaked on to floor and had weak output, pool was surrounded at all side by hotel and apartments, therefore cold, but a good size and clean.in that area there is no alcohol

Good value for money. We had a minor issue with a leaking air conditioner. Also be mindful of the time to get to and from the hotel. It is close to the airport as the crow flies, but it does take 20-30 mins each way via taxi.

Free shuttle failed

Despite numerous phone calls to the hotel and its designated driver, and their reassurances that they were on the way, the airport shuttle did not arrive until after two hours of my first phone call to them. By that time, I paid for a taxi. Singapore to Jakarta was quicker than the time it took to get from the airport to the hotel. No compensation was provided just "We are sorry".

Een leuk hotel met mooi uitzicht naar het zwembad. Gelegen in een drukke straat met veel eetgelegenheid in de buurt. De kamer is netjes en iederedag schoongemaakt. Prettig verblijf in dit hotel, een reden om terug te komen.

The Worst

The worst i have Experienced with all the hotels i booked through Hotels.Com. All the data on hotels.com are Wrong, its 45 minutes away from the airport, in very bad and Rural area. Bad WIFI. Dirty restaurant and bad quality of food. No cleaning for the swimming pool

Free shuttle in de avond gemist, ondanks eerdere bevestiging van hotel De free shuttle naar het vliegveld was oké. Ontbijt is prima, nette kamer met goede airco. Fijn zwembad. In de omgeving zijn niet echt winkels of restaurants, slechts enkele lokale toko's en warung. Prima voor een transit overnachting

Short stay for a night

Located close to the international Airport in Jakarta,they offer a free airport pick up, which is convenient! Great please if you stay for a night, otherwise I would stay in a hotel closer to city. Area is not a lot to do. Stuff really friendly though, Hotel clean and new! Food in the restaurant is good.
