The room was really nice and checkin went quick and smoothly, but the attendance of the personnel was horrible. As hotel guests, we have not been allowed to sit outside without ordering food and staff inside has been unwelcoming. We do not know if this was the case because of language barriers (most did not speak English), because we did not order food or it is just common to provide worse service than in any other country or hotel where we have ever been - and we are coming from a country, which indeed has the reputation of "bad service" (Germany).

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und auch in der Küche findet man alles notwendige, so wurden Bio-Mülltüten, Spüli, Geschirrspültabs gestellt und auch Gewürze waren vor Ort. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und man konnte auch bei Regen die Zeit gut ..."
