Only negative thing we dealt with was some of the staff acting annoyed and rude at times. Aside from that we had a blast, great room, most of the staff was great, beaches dreamy, and culture was fun! "We went in the off season. The owners and staff were very attentive. I highly recommend the food there for all meals just make sure to tell them in advance you'll be eating there. Travel from Negril to the retreat if you drive there. If dont you will drive through very hard to drive in mountains (at least for an American). It is very beautiful and remote. We do plan on coming back for the food and amazing veiws and recomending it to out friends and families."
