"This location was perfect for our group of 5 ladies. Very spacious, kitchen was well-stocked with dishware, cookware, utensils, etc. Lots of extra towels and blankets. Beds were very comfortable.The view was outstanding! Wall of east-facing windows with a view across the bay and on to the Cascades, framed by madrona trees. The sunrise and evening moonrise, led us to the large deck for endless photo shoots.The south-island location was close to so many beautiful walks and beaches, and yet still close to Lopez Village for stops at the market and coffee shops.Highly recommend, and would stay again!"

"This is probably our favorite vacation rental house - it was perfect for my husband and me! The locations was ideal, the house charming, very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The owner was friendly and communicative and we had zero issues during our month-long stay. We saw seals, otters, deer, kingfishers and dozens of other birds from the deck and the private cove a short walk away. Lopez Island had great food options, friendly locals, and a vibrant community life. The house was very cozy and we loved the open layout and endless views. There are a couple of houses nearby but the cottage always felt private and peaceful. We loved it!"

"We were very pleasantly surprised about everything in the house. The kitchen is particularly impressive with every utensil and appliance you would need. Master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the view from the living room is to die for. Some of our favorite moments were coming back from kayaking and sitting in the hot tub on the back deck. Definitely would recommend this place."

"This is a GORGEOUS location and communication with the host was amazing. They are very helpful and responsive.The house itself is a bit eclectic and the cleanliness level was not up to par for the price point. Windows were filthy, the fridge was dirty, handles to things were grimy, the deck and front deck were dirty. For the price point, I would want the house to be nice and clean and it wasn’t. Overall a wonderful house and host, with a need for more thorough cleaning/attention to detail."
