"Did not like the fact they have very early check out at 9 am while they only allow check in at 4 pm - did not notice this when I reserved - this is preposterous Might as well have booked a hotel. When I called they wanted to charge 60$ for late check out and said it needs to be 5 days prior to the trip and did not even allow to pay for it"

"We just wrapped up another of our annual vacations in Destin. This condo was really nice, perfect location, beautiful private beach. It was nice and quiet being on the 4th floor. The condo was very well stocked and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The management team was excellent and made sure we had a perfect experience. We’re already planning our next stay!!"

"We absolutely loved staying here! It was big enough to accommodate all of us the view was beautiful and beach accessible we enjoyed the amenities and the community is gated so we felt comfortable letting the kids be out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and even extended a day! 100% would recommend!!"
