The cottage is impeccably decorated and immaculate. The surrounding landscape is beautiful and serene. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to visiting again. "

"Our stay at the Berry Hill Lake property was awesome. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The owner/property manager was very responsive. I wish there were more pictures of the Bunk House in the listing. The bunk “house” is actually a converted shipping container which our group thought was pretty cool. Theres a nice deck on top of it too with lounge chairs. The bunk house is also further away from the main house than originally anticipated. A short walk through the woods. Wasn’t an issue for us but just something that could be more clear in the property description. "

"Staff was amazing! Friendly and very helpful. Facility was in very poor shape. Rooms were ok, they were not filthy, but I wouldn’t call them clean either. There was definitely a “smell” in our rooms. I think it’s a good place to stay for the rate."

"This property was fantastic, I have stayed at others in the area and none compare to this one. Clean and ready when I got there although there was heavy rain changing to snow. The only improvement would be a gutter over the front door to mitigate getting soaked. Plenty of fishing in the area and trails to explore in the Jeep especially up to the Appalachian Trail!"

"Have driven past this property hundreds of times over 30 years and finally stayed here. It by far exceeded my expectations. The hotel was clean, up to date and comfortable. The breakfast included was very good. I will plan to repeat this exercise again as it was quite enjoyable."

"We had a great experience! The host was extremely responsive and the house was amazing. We loved the hot tub, the views and that the house had everything we needed plus more. We even had an issue on my end that we had to very last minute add a pet that they were understanding about. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! "
