Awesome Property
This property was great. The location was close to Lily Creek Ramp. It was clean and all the appliances worked and the beds were wonderful. Drive was big enough to park the F250 truck pulling the boat trailer. Neighborhood was really quiet. Hosts were wonderful and responsive to concerns. Wish I could have given them more than 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodation
Many things to like about this VRBO. The owner met us at the door and offered his assistance if we needed anything. The house was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. It is in a very convenient location..just 2 miles to Jamestown Marina. All bedrooms had TVs. The only thing that would have made it perfect was to have cable service at least for the living room TV. We tried to use Hulu on that TV, but the TV was not compatible with the Hulu app. It was not a real big deal, and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Cabin
We stayed here for the 2023 Poker Run. Great cabin! Clean and cozy. Just a short drive to Jamestown marina where we keot our boat. We will definitely return!!

Couples weekend
How was very nice and had lots of neat games and movies. The host left snacks and a little note for us upon check in. Looked just like the pictures online. There was a bad storm that took down trees and powerlines the last night of our stay, and we also lost power. Jared was very propt with responses and offered to help in any way and bring us flashlights if needed. The neighbors were all very sweet and came down to check on us. Made for an interesting last night to say the least, but overall the stay was fantastic.

I’ll definitely be back!
Back because after the storm we had to leave our boat until the roads are cleared! Our host graciously allowed us to leave and return later. Super nice place, neighbors and a great trip.

The house was nice with comfortable beds and furniture. The big driveway allowed for truck with boat trailer parking + additional cars with no problem. we have a 22' pontoon boat and had no issues - it's a little cozy backing in the trailer, but it's not too bad. Property owners were responsive and helpful as needed. Thank you for a great week!

Cumberland fishing trip
Excellent location, 10 minute drive to Jamestown Marina (go there and try Mama JJs BBQ, you'll be glad you did). Outdoor living space is excellent with a screened in sunroom, perfect for morning coffee and large deck with a gas grill, super clean living areas and rooms, well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, large concrete drive for multiple cars and a truck and a boat. Excellent stay overall. I would stay here again. Quick communications with owner. Zero complaints.

Ideal Weekend Getaway
The perfect location with all the necessary amenities for an escape to beautiful Lake Cumberland. The house has plenty of space for gathering inside and out. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything you need if you choose to dine in. Jared is very responsive and thinks of everything! We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful spot to stay
We loved our house on Cumberland. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped for all our laundry and kitchen needs. We also utilized the grill one evening. The bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice and clean. Our favorite was sitting out on the patio and looking at the stars. We boated every day and thr proximity to the boat ramp was ideal. Our favorite spot we’ve stayed at down at Lake Cumberland so far!

We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties and this will be on the top of our list of favorites! We arrived to music playing, welcome letter and candy! The entire property and house is immaculate and beautiful! Easy in and out parking with tons of room for parking boat trailers. Super easy access to Jamestown Marina launching ramp. House was stocked with everything needed. The owners make sure you feel comfortable contacting them if you need anything! Screened in porch was amazing. Perfect set up for our teenagers to hang out upstairs. Can’t say enough about it!

Perfect Lake Stay
We visit Lake Cumberland several times during the Summer months and enjoy staying at properties close to the lake. This house was in perfect proximity to Jamestown marina and just a couple minutes from where we store our boat! The house was very clean, spacoius, and overall such a nice place to stay for our family. The outside covered porch made it nice to hang out during the evenings as well. I highly recommend this home if you’re Looking to launch out of Jamestown marina. We hope to stay here again soon!

We love this lake house! We have stayed here multiple times because it is very clean, very comfortable and had just the right decor for a lake house. We had everything we needed in the house. Loved the screened in porch as it kept bugs away in the morning for coffee and in the evening. This was a great location! Close to Jamestown marina but we preferred the Lily Creek boat ramp b/c it didn’t have any debris on the ramp. Jared was prompt at communicating.

Jared let us check in early. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding boat ramps and Lake Cumberland itself. Our large pontoon fit perfectly on the property and the property was close to everything we needed. The home itself was perfect! We really enjoyed the deck and the screened in porch! The house was perfect for us. Six adults, one teen and two toddlers. The layout of the house was nice. One bedroom and bathroom on the bottom level. We loved sitting out in the screened in porch. We didn’t get to use the fire pit. Plenty of room to play outside for our little ones!

Johnson - Proctor Family Vacay 2021
My family & I fell in love when we walked in door. The home is tucked away but it's not isolated. It has an open & airy floor plan. Everything is updated & the owner pays attention to detail. The mattresses & bedding are top of the line. We were provided with plenty of linens & It's fully stocked with everything except booze...lol!!! I definitely recommend Lakeside Hideaway!!!

Restful place
We had a wonderful stay. All the necessities you need to get away for just a bit. Very clean and fresh, not a lot of traffic. Has a sunroom that we spent most of our time in. Saw a lot of wildlife and a short drive to the marina and state park. Highly recommend this place!
