Boulevard Breeze Jan Juc

Located in one of Jan Juc’s prime locations – opposite the beach, you’ll love stepping across the road & hitting the surf & awesome Bells Beach walking track! Relax in the large comfy lounge, super comfy beds and bring your pooch along too if you like. A quick stroll up the road is the popular Swell Café, for great coffee & food, plus Juc pub & Bird Rock Restaurant. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the lounge & upper deck and make the most of this homes perfect location!



Our house consists of the following:

- Open plan living & dining
- 1 x queen bedroom
- 1 x king bedroom
- 2 x singles
- 2 x bathrooms (one of which is in the garage)
- Split system heating and cooling in living area
- Oil heaters in each bedroom
- Deck area with bbq
- Parking for one under carport plus free street parking and guest spaces available
*The garden is fully fenced and secure, there is a 9cm gap in the fence, so please bear in mind for miniature varieties of dogs**

Close to beach and village

Great property - close to Jan Jun village - beautiful walks to lookouts - short drive to beach - wonderful stay we will be back!
