"The place was good in general, very nice staff yet our room had a chair with ottoman next to our bed with lots of stains which we asked to have replaced or taken out of the room and that never happened, there were two TVs (one in the seating area and the second one in the beds area) the one outlet in the seating area had a fridge and the tv plugged in it, that didn’t work so we had to pull the fridge to plug it else where so we can use it, also one day of our stays the room wasn’t cleaned neither the beds strengthen. Other than that everything was fine."

"In our two days stay, keys stopped working 4 different times, and one of the staff was extremely rude about their keys not working. Roaches in the bed, AC out on first floor, elevator service licensing expired in August 2025 (now June 2026). Booked under the impression there was a hot tub, yet it was filled with concrete. Would NOT recommend!"
