Beautiful villa built in 2019 overlooking the Spanish Water, Table Mountain and Caracas Bay. In the quiet area of Brakkeput Abou (5 min. from Jan Thiel Beach) is the modern, atmospheric villa with private pool and tropical garden.

Once you enter the villa, the stairs lead you from the entrance to living room. The house is built against a hill, so that the entrance to the house is accessible with a staircase, the dining room and sitting area with television are on the porch and are actually just "outside". On the terrace, there is even a bathtub! The pool deck and pool with lounge beds border this porch.

This 3-bedroom villa is perfect for your Luxury Getaway. With 1 king bed and 2 full beds, this brilliant property offers a charming atmosphere. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine & dryer, WiFi, board games and AC. Both bathrooms have a rain shower and there is a guest toilet available. The bedrooms on the first floor both have access to the roof terrace, where you'll find a comfortable lounge sofa and breathtaking views of the Spanish Water and Table Mountain. A great place to call home while you're away, we hope you will enjoy your stay.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this house. It was well equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there, itā€™s clear that the owners care about the property and comfort of their guests. The neighborhood was quiet and we were close enough to all of the area amenities without being in the heart of it. I would definitely like to return to CuraƧao again and if I do I would definitely stay here again, or perhaps rent another property from the same rental agency. The rental agent met us at the property for check in and were easy to communicate with.
