My boys and I stayed here for a week and had an amazing experience. The hotel is close to everything, and we were able to walk everywhere we needed. St. Lawrence Market is just down the street—you can literally see the hotel from the market. The property was clean, comfortable, and convenient, but the highlight was Josephine from housekeeping. She was incredibly pleasant, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Her hospitality made our visit even better.

My second stay was way better then my first. Not sure if it had something to do with the floor of the hotel, but my first stay was on the 10th floor. It took 10 minutes for the shower to get warm water. The couch in the room should probably be replaced. My second stay which was one week later. My room was on the 34th floor and the room was absolutely incredible. Staff in the lobby are very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

excellent location - can walk to amenities / food places / transportation

The suite is great for families as there is a separate room with a sofa bed. The roof top pool was a big hit with our family. All staff are very friendly and helpful and housekeeping does a wonderful job. The location is excellent for events at the Rogers Centre. Try the room service pizza; it’s delicious.
