"I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer."

"The apartment was really well equipped and comfortable. It was easy to get to from the train and bus station. The area had lots of good bars and restaurants. It was also just a short walk into the historic centre."
