Domstolat is a historic country house on the river Bobr in the picturesque village of Janowice Wielkie and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Giant Mountains.
Generous, stylish and practical. The country house has been renovated with love and offers space for up to 11 people. The rustic, comfortable rooms of the holiday home are spread over 3 floors.
The price includes: bed linen + 1 set of towels, WiFi, VAT and garage.
Only additional costs for cleaning and heating costs are estimated according to the respective consumption: hot water (including Shower) and central heating: according to consumption heating oil per liter € 1, -.
Firewood optional according to consumption: € 5, - per sack +/- 10 k
In the low season, the minimum rental period is 3 days
In high season (school holidays all over Germany) the minimum rental period is: 1 week
A holiday week in high season runs from Saturday (arrival after 3 p.m.) to Saturday.
Place Description: The fairytale environment of the village Janowice Wielkie offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling, horse riding and climbing.
A variety of beautiful hiking and cycling routes run in front of the house. Maps with bicycle and hiking trails are in the house.
Not far from the house are horse stables where riding lessons can be taken. The administrator can also connect you with professional climbing instructors, for example.
Nearby there are swimming pools and lakes. In Wojanow Castle you can go swimming in the indoor pool and make use of a rich wellness offer (sauna, whirlpool, massages, beauty treatments, fitness etc.).
The Hirschberg Valley: The Hirschberg Valley is known for its multitude of old castles, fortresses, monumental monasteries and health resorts. Here you can also get your money's worth at a low price.
Winter sports: attractive winter sports areas can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. In the Giant Mountains, a 30-minute drive away, there are numerous cross-country trails in winter, such as downhill slopes for skiers and snowboarders. The world-famous Sneska (Schneekoppe) is a fantastic destination.

Lovely, spacious vacation retreat
This is a gorgeous, luxurious vacation home, very tastefully furnished, with a large, beautiful garden plus additional inside playground-barn. Located in a nice village, not far (by foot, car or train) from many sights, hiking and cultural opportunities, including a wealth of great restaurants at reasonable pricing. Loved nearby river Bobr and bird watching! Local contact Pawel is super helpful and friendly. Overall, just lovely- we plan to come again!

Schönes Haus mit sehr viel Platz
Wir waren nur kurz da für 3 Nächte, sind aber vom Haus begeistert, und Groß und Klein konnten sich in der Spielscheune spielerisch betätigen - es wurde nicht langweilig! Wir werden das Haus weiter empfehlen!

Wundervoller Sommerurlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich etwas besonderes. Wir haben hier zwei Wochen verbracht und waren von den großen Räumlichkeiten und dem historischen Flair begeistert. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig und man erreicht schnell und gut viele Städte und touristische Ziele in der Umgebung. Der Kontakt mit Pawel, dem Hausverwalter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Er hat uns gleich zu Anfang auf eine Tour durch den Ort mitgenommen und uns gezeigt, wo man einkaufen und gut essen kann. Vielen Dank!

schöner Aufenthalt trotz schlechtem Wetters
Wir haben unsere 4 Übernachtungen mit 7 Personen sehr genossen. Was für ein tolles altes Haus mit viel Platz in ruhiger und idyllischer Lage direkt am Fluss. Das schlechte Wetter konnte uns so nichts anhaben.
Danke auch an Pawel/Tomasz und Josef für Ihre Hilfe bei An- und Abreise und zwischendurch.
Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder! Dann vlt. im Sommer.

Wunderschönes Haus
Wir hatten eine rundum schöne Zeit. Das Haus hat alles, was man sich wünscht, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Ein Haus wie Urlaub bei Pippi Langstrumpf!
Wir Waren als gesamte Familie, also Eltern, Kinder und Enkelkinder eine Woche über die Weihnachtstage im Haus. Das Weter war leider sehr entsprechend der Jahreszeit sehr mäßig. Aber kein Problem - das Haus ist überaus großzügig, stilvoll und praktische eingerichtet. Spiele machen, in der Scheune den kleinen Spileplatz nutzen, gemeinsam kochen und tafeln - wir hatten eine sehr schöne gemeinsame Zeit. Zu erwähnen ist auf jewden Fall auch noch der supergute Kontakt zum Vermieter und seinem hervorragenden Kümmerer vorort! Wir werden wieder kommen.
