    Upstairs, the “LA MINE” apartment is very bright, with two large windows overlooking the 150 m² terrace and the 1-hectare park. Its south-facing orientation ensures excellent natural light throughout the day. The large kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove/oven, an exhaust hood, a double-bowl sink, a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 200-liter fridge/freezer, and dishes and kitchen utensils for 4–6 people.
    The apartment consists of a bedroom/living room with a 140-bed and a BZ sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table, a TV stand, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. A cot can be added upon request. Upstairs, a loft offers two 90 beds. The bathroom features a shower/tub combination, a sink, and a toilet. Located 1.5 km from city centre and 3 km from the beaches
