Welcome to our charming house in Jard-sur-Mer, an ideal setting for a vacation with family or friends. This single-storey house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and offers everything you need for a memorable stay on the Vendée coast.



House description:

Bedrooms: 3 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds)

Bathroom: 1 modern bathroom with shower.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and all the utensils needed to prepare your meals.

Living room: Bright living room with TV, sofa and direct access to the terrace.



Outside:

Swimming pool: Unheated private pool (will be covered in spring 2025), perfect for cooling off on fine summer days.

Garden: Large enclosed garden with bioclimatic pergola terrace equipped with deckchairs and garden furniture, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun.



Petanque pitch: For petanque fans, a boules pitch is available for convivial moments.

Barbecue: For your outdoor barbecue evenings.



Located just a few minutes from the sandy beaches and port of Jard-sur-Mer, the house is also close to shops, restaurants and hiking trails.
