"We arrived in Valle de Bravo at the beginning of a holiday weekend, and unfortunately found out that our booking in Centro from another website was a fake listing. We were scrambling to find something that had 3 rooms available and hotel el arco was one of the only choices. We were disappointed to not be staying in Centro, but the hotel itself was very nice.
