Had the most beautiful and amazing time at Nomade Temple Madrid. The design details are so special and thoughtful. We loved our room, the rooftop pool, the gym, the spa and breakfast every morning. Incredible experience!!

The description was incorrect. It said bathroom, but there was not a bathroom, but a toilet behind a glass door and a shower behind a glass door, so you heard and saw everything. The pictures were deceiving, since there was no separate bathroom.
We had booked a courtyard view, but there was no courtyard we could see.
Since it was called UMusic Hotel with a music hall venue, we were unable to see any music being performed while we were there for 5 nights. We asked to see the music being performed, but were told we were not allowed in for any of the shows.
Highly disappointed with the listing photos of the room and access to the music hall.
If this is a 5 star hotel, it did not meet the requirements as listed on the web site.
But, the staff was great and the breakfast delicious.

Hotel in a good location for walking around the old city streets, quiet at night and close to many bars and restaurants. The front door is difficult to find. when you first arrive.

"What an amazing hotel this ex-convent is. I can't think anytime to criticize. The check-in staff was friendliest ever and it all just went efficiently and as planned. Amongst the Paradores we have visited, the Plasencua may be our new favorite."

"The room was lovely although small for a superior. There was no free bottle of water or tea/coffee making equipment which is the normal for a Parador. The staff did provide these after we asked for them. Bed was very comfortable, bar staff were very nice although service a little slow. Food was delicious ..."

"Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Plasencia is abit of a dump but this hotel is a wonderful oasis. We stayed with our dogs. They had a big bed and bowls and nibbles welcoming them. We had a stunning suite. Loved our stay there"
