The third bedroom also features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and similarly opens onto a balcony. A separate shower and WC serves the remaining areas of the apartment. The open-plan kitchen, with a ceiling height of 200 cm, is fully fitted and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine.
