No problem with the business near by the problem is the condo itself

The room was nice enough but a bit shabby and not overly clean. The communication from the management team was excellent and Mel was very accommodating. We didn’t really research the area and wish we had as it wasn’t the best, when you can rent rooms by the hour around the corner that gives you a pretty good indication! Overall experience was ok but I wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel was wonderful, staff was very responsive and attentive, facility was very nice, only issue is the elevator was little slow so it could probably use some maintenance but overall it was a wonderful hotel highly recommend

Best NAIA T3 airport hotel location - 5 min walk from T3 via covered walkway (Runway Manila). Cross a small back alley street and you are at the hotel entrance. Well appointed room, clean, and often a third of the price than other hotels that requires ANOTHER 5-10min walk after the covered walkway. Lawson/Starbucks in the same building. Highly recommened for a late night arrival and/or early morning departure out of NAIA T3 (not T1 or T2).

This hotel and staff were the best I have ever seen, highly recommend! The speakeasy and Chinese restaurant are excellent as well!
