A modern furnished apartment with internet, living room with sofa, wide-screen TV (Spanish channels), dining table for 2 people, air conditioning (cold and heat), doors with blinds to the balcony. American kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. The washing machine is located in a cupboard next to the bedroom. Bedroom with double bed, blinds on the windows and ceiling fan. Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Balcony with wooden garden furniture. From the balcony, there are views of the garden and swimming pool. Communal swimming pool in a nice grassy garden. The complex is fenced and there is also a paddle tennis court and tennis court. Restaurants in the surrounding area. The distance to Arenal beach (sand) with bars, shops and restaurants is only 400 m. No pets allowed. Groups and people under 25 years old are not allowed.
