Great breakfast menu to suit all tastes. Staff are very friendly. Lovely rooftop cafe and pool, no alcohol served though good options nearby for eating and drinking. A/C was noisy and not very effective.

Ibrahim from Riad Azrur went out of his way again and again for us. Not only is the property centrally located and convenient for walking around the Medina, but it is beautiful with plenty of spaces to relax including a rooftop patio. Our flight arrived late at night and Ibrahim arranged for an airport pickup and, on our departure date, airport drop off (for an extra fee). He gave us a dinner recommendation when we arrived back late from a tour and went out of his way to offer help and recommend activities during our short stay. The spaces are lovely and Ibrahim is a wonderful host.

Well if you are looking for an authentic Marrakesh experience then look no further! This Riad is at the end of a maze of busy streets and I was relieved that someone from the place had come to meet us from their transport. We were very happy to have the courtesy transport which was a perk from Expedia, they kindly picked us up from the station and then returned us to the airport the next day. However, they did try to charge us, despite me having mentioned the deal on several occasions. They made no fuss though when I showed my Expedia receipt. Having spent a night in a different Riad last week this Riad was quite different it was very friendly and clean but it was really tucked away and difficult to find. It was quite lavish in many ways and not really for me, but it felt very authentic! Staff seemed very shy but loveky. The upstairs terrace was a really beautiful place to sit in the evening . Breakfast was the standard omelette and pancakes beautifully presented!
