I stayed there for one night only. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There is huge shopping center near by (5 min walk). Lots of option there and have food court.

The information desk employees are not doing their duty to help me find a taxi. I asked them to find a taxi for me to leave and they said they only knew one taxi number but they could not find it in their records. I had to stand with my bags in the sun until I found a taxi I was charged a fine for coffee and tea even though I paid breakfast in advance when booking. The price of tea for two cups and coffee for two cups was exaggerated by 46 Saudi riyals, which is twice the local price Breakfast was charged, but the hotel does not have a restaurant. They ordered breakfast from an outside restaurant that only had eggs.

The hotel staff were all so kind and helpful that I felt welcomed. I wish I could speak Arabic so that I could communicate better. But overall, my stay was very pleasant. Having a 24/7 open supermarket right down the street was a big plus.

I love my stay but they need to have English speaking staff at front desk if they want to attract international customer. It was heard to communicate. Bellman was wonderful he helped us a lot.

Carawan Hotel Jeddah. Highly recommended!
Alhamdulillah. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, alone & without any partners. Our stay at Carawan Hotel Jeddah was short & sweet. We were impressed by the attention to detail. It’s clear to see that the Hotel operator has spent a great deal of time & money, with great success, to make Carawan look beautiful and function well. The room was to a nice standard, very spacious with a modern & spacious bathroom. Generous toiletries. Everything was working as it should. The price for laundry is low and is finished to a high standard. The hotel staff were attentive and courteous. The cafe was beautiful & serves wonderful coffee & cakes. There really is no reason why you wouldn’t choose Carawan Hotel Jeddah for your next stay in Jeddah. It’s cheap, it’s close to the airport, there is a good masjid close by, many food options available locally, many shops available locally, the staff were excellent. What more can I say? I am so happy with my stay, and I highly recommend this hotel as a first choice for people travelling to Jeddah.

Overall amazing room and washroom was amazing aswell. Only thing was staff did not know English and I didn’t get to eat breakfast that I paid extra for because lack of English and pushed me away.

Most of what is written on the hotels.com site is a lie. No adapter rentals, few people speak languages ​​other than Arabic. Breakfast is not all-you-can-eat, only a set menu. I can not decide. Of course there are no business centers. Don't lie, don't lie. Friendly staff. Air conditioning is strong. The room is clean. About 2 stars instead of 4 stars. A big supermarket 1 minute walk. There is a big mall within 5 minutes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very specious and clean. Great breakfast and dinner for a very affordable price. Furthermore the hotel is close (7 mins walking distance) to a big shopping mall, Heraa.

This hotel is okay for its price. The room condition is fair and furniture is not new. The staff are friendly and nice. The good thing is that it is not far from the airport and it has near to it a small shopping center.

When I chose to stay at this hotel, the only reason was that a gym was listed in the available amenities. In the hotel photos listed, a group of dumbbells were showing but none were actually there when I visited. Also, the few machines in the gym needed maintenance, the treadmill keeps shaking. Regarding breakfast, according to the hotel system, you need to call and have the have it delivered to your room. That is okay but sometimes I had to call for 20 minutes to have someone pick up the phone although was calling during the assigned breakfast time.
