"Excellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate). Concierge staff were fantastic, cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff were great. Really sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next stay. Kids club was a huge hit and we used it 4 times. The staff were incredible, very caring and kind. We were able to complete ibadah whilst kids played and were safe at the club. Kids also enjoyed the food and ate there every time. Definitely will be recommending the hotel to others. Location, care, comfort and facilities were excellent. Thank you to all the staff. You're doing a fantastic job. "

"It’s really great hotel with great customer service. It’s almost 30 minutes walk from Kaaba. Shuttle service available but it’s ok not bad. For Friday prayers you have to take texi after 10 am . Overall good experience "
