My stay was great great stuff and amenities but the only reason a star less is cause my bedding had staines left a note for replacement outside of door but it was only turned upside down which i realised on my last day of stay but beside that, everything was good, the buffet was delicious.

The breakfast was good but the highlight of the restaurant was Nasruldin Islam head waiters. I was traveling with my niece that has autism and every time we went to the restaurant he did the extra for my family and I really appreciate it and will never forget his kindness warmth and patience.

The room was very clean, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, and everything was very straight forward. I stayed at this hotel for an umrah trip and took taxis around to be dropped off closer to the haram and the process of booking was very easy and it was very affordable. The hotel isn’t too far from the haram, sound 10-15 mins.

I've stayed in many hotels, both abroad and here at home, but Novotel truly stands out as one of the best I've ever experienced. The service was exceptional, the rooms were spotless, and the view was beautiful. I have visited many hotels, both overseas and in this country. Novotel was one of the most excellent hotels I have ever seen in my entire life, in terms of service, clean rooms, great views, and excellent food. The food was delicious.

The hotel is beautiful however not kept well. Moldy bathrooms with slow drainage, stale smelling rooms, the food at the cinnamon restaurant is absolutely awful. The reason why I gave it a 2 star and not 1 star is because both the restaurant manager and the hotel manager was very kind and helpful. The rest of the staff seemed like they didn’t care about being helpful. We had an emergency in our room and they took their sweet time helping. If the hotel was well taken care of and had better staff it could easily be one of the best hotels because you can tell it was meant to be easily a 5 star hotel.
