"Food was really nice,with a lot of options in the buffet. We had a king suite which was nice and spacious. Staff were very nice and approachable. We dod experience one issue in that we noticed some bed bug bites. We did not see any bed bugs ourselves but we reported it nonetheless. Special mention goes to Riyaz Haniffa who came to resolve. He arranged for all our luggage to be transferred to another more superior room suite with fantastic views and arranged for complementary refreshments for the inconvenience. It was good to see that they take hygeine concerns so seriously. Stayed at this hotel twice now and would definitely return in future."

Everyone I encountered was so polite and professional, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Even at the reception, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great courtesy. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and elegant, a perfect combination for a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!"
