"This is a wonderful hotel. Very high end and well priced. Room was enormous (600 sf). The staff were just excellent and super helpful, especially Mohammed AlAttas. Stone's throw away from the Kaaba. I preferred it to the Clocktower because there is a lot less rush here and getting in and out is easy. The haram view was excellent from my room. It is just a great hotel. I've recommended it to the rest of my family."

"Not sure if this place qualifies as a 5 star property but I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are definitely dated and could use updating but they were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choices. Walk to the Haram took only 5 minutes. Getting to the property by car can be difficult as our Uber drivers could not find it and then when we finally found it he could not stop in front of it so we ended up having to walk through the crowds of people with our bags to the lobby....
