"The hotel is very conveniently located to access the haram, just have to cross the road. I was very impressed from check in to check out, all the staff are very helpful and friendly throughout. The lifts at this hotel are absolutely awesome, never a long wait for a lift at any time. The view from our room out to the haram from the 8th floor was great. Rooms aren’t big but well equipped and fairly modern, showers are great. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Exceptional service ! Great location and super clean place. Staff is very courteous, polite and always ready to help . Mazin and Marwan were exceptionally helpful but could not do much because of Expedia policies which are pathetic. I would recommend booking direct with the property as they are super flexible. EXPEDIA is pathetic and a looser ! DO NOT book with them. 5 STARS to JUMEIRAH !!"

"This place is within a 10-15 min walk from the Kaabah. The hotel also provides gulf cart/shuttle service free of charge very conveniently. The room service was awesome and the hotel staff were very friendly! Would love to come back!"
